本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）係由「此候體驗設計工坊」（英文名稱：An After UX-Space，以下稱「我們」）與本網站（https://www.anafter.co）之使用者（以下稱「您」）所共同遵守之契約條款。請務必詳閱並同意本條款內容，方可使用本網站及其相關服務。

一、適用範圍 Scope

  1. 本條款適用於您使用本網站提供的一切服務，包括但不限於網站瀏覽、帳號註冊、內容發布、課程報名、產品購買等。
  2. 本條款與隱私權政策為互補文件，您使用本網站即視為同意並遵守本條款及隱私權政策。

二、帳號註冊與使用 Account Registration & Use

  1. 若您於本網站註冊帳號，應提供真實、正確、完整之個人資料，並妥善保管您的帳號與密碼。
  2. 您同意對透過您帳號所為之所有活動負責，若發現任何未授權使用情形，應立即通知我們。

三、服務內容 Service Description

  1. 我們致力於提供 UX 設計工作坊、線上課程、顧問服務及相關內容分享。
  2. 我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止部分或全部服務之權利，並不須另行個別通知。

四、使用者義務 User Obligations

  1. 您同意遵守法令及本條款，不得以任何方式進行下列行為：
    • 發布違法、侵權、猥褻、誹謗或其他不當內容；
    • 未經授權使用、翻譯、散布本網站之內容；
    • 進行任何可能干擾或破壞本網站服務之行為；
    • 其他經我們認定不適當之行為。
  2. 若違反本條款，我們有權視情節輕重予以警告、限制功能、停止服務或刪除帳號。

五、知識產權 Intellectual Property

  1. 本網站所有文字、圖片、影音、程式碼及設計元素之著作權與相關權利均屬我們或授權方所有，未經授權不得使用。

六、付款與退款 Payment & Refund (如適用)

  1. 若您於本網站購買付費課程或服務，應依結帳頁面所示方式付款。
  2. 如需退款，請於課程開始前七天提出申請，我們將依照退款政策辦理。逾期恕不接受退款。

七、免責聲明 Disclaimer

  1. 本網站所提供之資訊僅供參考，並不構成任何投資、醫療或法律意見。
  2. 對於因使用本網站或其內容而可能造成之任何直接、間接或衍生損失，我們不負任何責任。

八、責任限制 Limitation of Liability

在任何情況下，我們對於您因使用或無法使用本服務所生之一切損害，不論契約、侵權或其他法律理論，最高賠償責任以您於過去十二個月內實際支付之費用為限。

九、終止服務 Termination

  1. 我們有權因您違反本條款或相關法令而終止或暫停您的帳號及服務，並不另行通知。
  2. 終止後，您仍應遵守本條款中關於保密與知識產權等條款之義務。

本條款適用中華民國法律。因本條款或本網站之使用所生之爭議，雙方應先友好協商；協商不成時，任一方可提交台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract between you and An After UX-Space (the “Company” or “we”). By accessing or using our website at https://www.anafter.co (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

  1. These Terms apply to all services we provide through the Site, including but not limited to browsing, account registration, content posting, workshop enrollment, and product purchases.
  2. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are complementary. Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of both.

2. Account Registration & Use

  1. If you register for an account, you must provide accurate, complete information and safeguard your credentials.
  2. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Description

  1. We provide UX design workshops, online courses, consulting services, and related content.
  2. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services without notice.

4. User Obligations

  1. You agree not to:
    • Post illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or inappropriate content;
    • Unauthorized use, translation, or distribution of Site content;
    • Interfere with or disrupt Site operations;
    • Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us.
  2. We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, code, and design elements, is owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  2. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and promote it.

6. Payment & Refund (if applicable)

  1. Payments for paid workshops or services must follow the checkout instructions.
  2. Refund requests must be made at least seven days before the workshop start date. No refunds after that.

7. Disclaimer

  1. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
  2. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the fees you paid in the past twelve months.

9. Termination

  1. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws without notice.
  2. Termination does not waive provisions related to confidentiality or intellectual property.

10. Amendments

  1. We may revise these Terms and post the updated version on the Site.
  2. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (ROC). Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. Failing that, the Taipei District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
